HOW TO BUY

We have one hog for processing in early March 2026. We are currently selling live-weight shares. A live-weight share is in accordance with the USDA custom exempt slaughter requirements. 1/2 pig is available (around 125lbs.), minimum purchase 1/4 pig. Price for live-weight is $5 per pound. USDA requires that you must enter into a sales agreement prior to the slaughter date and  you must come to the farm to pick up your portion. Please email us if you're interested!
